I've been filming the perhaps now clichéd subject of dropping ink into water. It was more an exercise in getting to grips with using the Canon 5d MkIIs available to loan out from my uni. It's almost a novelty to have something that actually can focus and now I have figured out how to deinterlace my videos, even better!
Anyway, here are a couple of different edits I've put together
I'd like to try combining videos like these with the edited music I've created.

Sensory Installation
Just wanted to share some images and bits from my Sensory Installion I set up on the 12th October.
The idea was to isolate the person with just their aural senses, so I asked people to sit under a blanket while they listened to a music track I had edited through headphones.
The responses I received were all favourable, describing feelings of relaxation, being given time to think, peace etc. I'd now like to further the project by finding some imagery to play alongside the slowed down audio. Eventually I'd love to end up with a full sensory experience, sound, sight, maybe even smell.
Here is the track gave people to listen to, if you wanted to give it a go, I suggest headphones and making everything as dark as possible. Feedback is always appreciated!
